The software solution developed for STEEL customer

Notification mechanism. The proposed workflow involves five groups, each with specific roles and responsibilities. The process begins with receiving the motor and creating a job title, followed by various stages of service and repair, each managed by a different group. The completion of each stage triggers an automatic email notification to the relevant stakeholders. All activities are displayed on a main Programming PC unit and a giant display unit installed in the ERS shop floor. The solution also includes a secure application platform with user interfaces for the Steel Plant customer ERS team and a comprehensive dashboard for monitoring KPIs, current status, and user-level activities. This digital transformation aims to optimize and streamline the ERS process,enhancing efficiency and communication.
